Due to ongoing growth of our business, we are currently looking to add a number of Junior Recruitment Consultants to our London office based near Bank. We operate across a number of sectors within Construction, Facilities management and Engineering with an enviable client base of multi-national organisations.

To keep up with continued demand, we are looking for our next intake of junior recruitment consultant to work alongside our current teams. This is an opportunity to work alongside consultants who are market leaders in their field whilst gaining the skills and knowledge to become a full recruitment consultant.

Potential candidates will need to have:

• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Drive and motivation to learn and succeed
• Communications and people skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Good IT skills and telephone manner
• A background within sales, Construction, FM or Engineering being an advantage

We offer a number of financial bonus schemes almost from day 1 to encourage all of our trainees to understand the financial benefits of everything they do on a day to day basis. Basic salaries range between £15-20k with future earning potential entirely down to your drive and ability to perform.
