Minstrell Recruitment specialises in the provision of Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment services to both UK and International clients and candidates; vacancies include specialised roles in Construction, Facilities Management and Maintenance along with Support Staff positions at all levels within both the public and local authority sectors.
As a Recruitment Consultant for the Trades and Labour division it will be your role to;
•Liaise with and further develop existing clients
•Bring in new business
•Source labour staff for the positions yourself and the company brings in
•Manage the full 360 cycle
The ideal candidate will have:
•Proven recruitment experience
•Superb relationship building skills
•Proven track record of achieving targets
•The ability to build rapport instantly
•A professional approach someone who is driven and determined
