Front Of House - Manchester (M11)

Minstrell Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Front of House to start Monday 18th October in the Manchester (M11) area, on behalf of our client a very well established construction company.

Successful candidates must have relevant experience of working in a similar role and be able to provide references.

Interviews take place Tuesday 28th September and Wednesday 29th September.

Start Date on site: 18/10/2021

Expected end date: 70 weeks (temp for 3 months via Agency then temp contract direct)

Hours of work: 08.30 – 17.00

Rate of pay: TBC

Paid: Hourly

Essential skills and qualifications

Must have knowledge of using Microsoft programs such as word, excel and outlook.

CSCS card would be an advantage but no essential.

Key Tasks;

• Front of House, Meet and Greet for Clients, Visitors etc
• Supporting the project team by taking meeting minutes in key meetings
• Manage document Control
• Support Social Value commitments (co-ordination and activities)
• Support Social Media / Public newsletter updates
• Additional Training will be given regarding ISG internal systems and software
