Handy Person - Preston (PR3)

Minstrell Recruitment currently requires a CSCS carded Handy Person to start works as soon as possible,available in the Preston (PR3) area on behalf of our client, a well established residential new build company.

Candidates must have their CSCS card as well as relevant Handy man experience and references. The ideal candidate must be confident undertaking Handy Man duties as well as carrying out customer care tasks.

Key Responsibilities for a Skilled Labourer may include:

Following a snag list
Patch plastering / Snagging / Finishing off
Bits of Painting (Touch up work)
Basic Joinery
Using Hand tools
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
Be fully compliant with PPE and H&S requirements of the site
