CSCS Industrial Cleaner (Facades)

We’re currently looking for an experienced façade cleaner on behalf of our client to join their workforce on projects in & around the Greater Manchester area; so ideally you will have access to your own transport to be able to travel to the different sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold valid CSCS card (this will be verified on application)

- Holding an IPAF licence will be advantageous, however not essential.

- Experience working on listed buildings is certainly beneficial.

- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.

- Previous site experience is essential

- Must have full own PPE

Main duties will be to carry out all aspects of façade cleaning on building restorations & refurbishments, with the aid of a MEWP when needed, along with any other associated duties as instructed on site.

Start Date: Date TBC - W/C 16th March

Duration: Openhire

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30am start, Avg of 40 per week
