CSCS carded Asbestos Trained Labourers (L1)

We’re currently looking for two experienced & reliable Asbestos Awareness trained Site Labourers on behalf of our client to join their workforce in Liverpool.

Site located an approx. 3 min walk from Liverpool central station.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold valid CSCS card (this will be verified on application)

- Must hold valid Asbestos Awareness certification (We will require a clear copy of this certificate on application – UKATA preferred but not essential)

- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.

- Previous site experience is essential

- Must have full own PPE

You’ll be working on the refurb/rip-out/fit-out of a commercial unit. Main duties will be to carry out various general labouring tasks such as assisting tradesmen, assisting with deliveries, help move goods or materials around site if/as needed – may involve lifting & carrying, skip filling, general site maintenance, along with any other associated duties as instructed on site.

Start Date: Thursday 13th February

Duration: Openhire / 2 - 3 weeks approx.

Rate of Pay: £9.75 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hrs per week

NB. If you do not have the ‘Asbestos Awareness’ but would be interested in acquiring this training; there are online UKATA courses available from £15 +VAT (£18). Alternatively, there are online IATP Asbestos Courses from £10 + VAT (£12). Once completed, you save/print your electronic certificate.
