Groundworker/Dumper (WA1)

We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker, who can also competently operate a dumper, on behalf of our client to join their workforce in Warrington.

You will ideally have your own transport (parking avail on site) however there are bus links in close proximity to site & the closest rail station is Warrington Bank Quay. But for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold valid CPCS card & relevant plant ticket (will be verified on application)

- NPORS dumper licence will also be accepted - however you MUST also have a valid CSCS card. (unless your NPORS is a new cscs affiliated card)

- Previous site operating experience is essential

- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.

- Must have full UK driving licence.

- Must have full own PPE

- Holding a Ride on Roller ticket as well is advantageous, but not essential

- Holding a streetworks ticket (NRSWA) is advantageous, however not essential

You will be working on part of a major highways/link road construction project. Main duties will be carry out various aspects of groundworks, mainly dealing with ducting & highway gully installations along with any other associated duties as instructed on site.

You will also be required to operate a forward tipping dumper on site as/when required.

Start Date: Monday 10th February 2020

Duration: Openhire / Longer term Ongoing (you will be kept for the duration (30+weeks) of the subcontract for reliable & competent worker)

Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 47.5hrs per week
