Multi Skilled Electrically   Biased Maintenance Engineer – Automated, Conveyors, Food, FMCG , Material Handling- Basingstoke

I am currently looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join my client based in Basingstoke.

My client’s site distributes products to stores and the public and is therefore fast paced.

This is a shift based role and will include some weekend working at peak periods but not night shifts.

The Multi Skilled Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance on site both electrically and mechanically.

Previous experience from either automated distribution or FMCG / Food would be an advantage.

Working on behalf of your employer’s client you are responsible to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum and look into continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Multi Skilled Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer you will have the following attributes.

• Electrical Fault finding and repair skills.
• Experience with conveyors in an automated environment.
• A basic understanding of mechanical kit would also be essential.
• Full training will be given concerning our equipment. 
• Must be qualified Electrically with 17th Edition Regs
