CSCS Joiners w/ Asbestos Awareness (SK10)

We’re currently looking for two reliable and experienced Joiners, who hold valid Asbestos Awareness certification, on behalf of our client to join their workforce in the Nether Alderley area of Macclesfield.

Due to location of site you will ideally have your own transport.

No rail links within close proximity to site – Closest bus stops located an approx. 5min walk from site on Congleton Road.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold valid CSCS card – Blue/Gold skilled card preferred but not essential (this will be verified on application)

- Must hold valid Asbestos Awareness certification (we will require a copy on application)

- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.

- Previous site experience is essential

- Must have full own PPE, hand tools etc

You’ll be working on the Refurb/fit-out project of a large commercial building. Main duties will be to carry out various 2nd & final fix work, along with any other associated duties as instructed on site.

Start Date: Wednesday 31st July 2019

Duration: 2 - 3 weeks (approx.)

Rate of Pay: £20.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week

NB. If you do not have the ‘Asbestos Awareness’ but would be interested in acquiring this training; there are online UKATA courses available from £15 +VAT (£18). Alternatively, there are online IATP Asbestos Courses from £10 + VAT (£12). Once completed, you save/print your electronic certificate.
