Electrically Biased Field Service Engineer - West Sussex

Minstrell Recruitment currently requires an Electrically Biased Field Service Engineer to join our client who is based in Crawley, West Sussex. Our client operates a nationwide network of parcel sortation and delivery systems. Your coverage area will be 2 hours from Crawley.

Electrical Biased Field Service Engineer

Electrical Biased Engineer, ideally having served a recognised apprenticeship or other formal training, maturity, organised, able to undertake repair and installation of conveyor systems and sortation equipment / machines. You will have strong diagnostic ability and excellent communication skills to compliment your technical ability.

Experience with conveyor system, sortation machines and automation machines is preferred but specific equipment training will be provided for the right candidate.

Candidate Specification

• HNC/HND or NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
• Customer Focused, must be able to communicate at all levels and gain the trust and respect of customers.
• Computer and General Literacy must be able to compile service and visit reports and be able to use MS Word, Outlook and Excel software.
• Driving Licence, must have clean full driving licence.
