Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leeds

Minstrell Recruitment currently requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a position available in the Leeds area

Salary:

Key responsibilities:

Compilation and achievement of contract improvement plan
Achievement of latest financial forecast and cash outstanding targets
Ensuring accurate, timely forecasting, keeping 'surprises' to a minimum
Provision of accurate and timely CVR reporting
Provision of competent subcontract procurement and management
Provision of accurate and timely Final accounts
Management of tender adjudication

Skills and experience required:

Must demonstrate a good standard of IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
Background experience within the utilities industry
Experience of contracts under the nec3 TSC / ECC form of contract
Degree level quantity surveying qualification
