We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Slinger/Banksman on behalf of our client to join their workforce in Windermere.
The successful candidate will have access to their own transport due to the location of site – Also, you may be required to work at different areas of the 5 mile stretch (along the A592) as the work progresses throughout the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold valid CPCS card & relevant ‘Slinger/Signaller’ ticket (this will be verified on application)
- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.
- Must have experience Slinging/Signalling crawler cranes
- Previous site experience in a similar role is essential
- Must have full own PPE
You’ll be working on part of a £40m United Utilities project. Main duties will be to carry out Slinging/Signalling of crawler cranes, possible banking of plant & machinery, along with any other associated duties as instructed on site.
Start Date: Tuesday 12th February 2019
Duration: 22 weeks (approx.)
Rate of Pay: £18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 - 50hrs per week
