Operations Administrator - Ipswich

We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator for a position available in the Ipswich area:

An Ipswich based multi disciplined construction company are looking for a full time Operations Administrator to join there team on a full time basis. 

Tasks will include:

• Assisting with invoicing and payments etc
• Helping to ensure that orders are placed, and suppliers are paid as well as other general office administration tasks as required.
• The ideal person will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, will have a positive problem-solving ethic and will be able to pick up tasks quickly working as part of a small but busy office team. 
• This role will form a vital part of the day to day running of the business and will report to the company directors. 
• Knowledge of the construction industry and Sage 50 Accounts software would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be given.

The salary for this role is negotiable for the right person. Office hours will be 07:30 - 16:30 Mon-Fri and you will receive a package on top of your basic salary.
