Recruitment Consultant - Swinton

Minstrell Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team in the Construction sector. We are based in Swinton, Manchester in a modern, open plan office that boasts a dynamic and refreshing work environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

• Building lasting client relationships, defining what it is they need and how you are best placed to grow their business
• Getting to know your candidates, working with them to tailor their search for employment
• Keeping in the know. The market changes daily and you will be a specialist in the office support market
• Extending your reach - meeting with candidates and clients in order to provide the very best service you can

 In return, the Consultant will receive a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum. Benefits include modern facilities, gym onsite, 25 days holidays, secure car park and regular nights outs with the team.
