Site Managers (x4) - North West

LOOKING FOR…

My client prides themselves, throughout any project involved in, on the provision of customer service and client satisfaction to the highest standard, they have a very strong company ethos and, due to their rapid & consistent growth, want to supplement their existing management team by hiring four additional Site Managers who have the same passion & work ethic.

Looking to invest in individuals who have a passion and hunger to succeed in their career, people highly dedicated to any task they put their hand to. My client is looking for employees who have fire in their belly, are interested in personal development and who always wants to progress & go above and beyond.

You need to be trustworthy, reliable and a committed individual with a keen eye for detail and strong proven experience in Site Management.

This client has a full order book with work secured past 2020 and are looking for individuals to join them in their continued success.

KEY REQUIREMENTS…

Experience with D&B projects is essential.

Varied ‘New Build’ experience will be advantageous.

Experience with New Build Social Housing is extremely advantageous and certainly preferred.

You will have proven experience delivering projects on time & within budget.

You will be educated to at least HNC/HND level or Degree equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to prioritise and work flexibly to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and also as part of a busy team.
• Ability to deal tactfully with sensitive or confidential information
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve
• An excellent team player, showing flexibility and a responsive attitude to team/individual tasks.
