Assistant Site Manager - North West

CLIENT

Extremely successful North West based D&B developer want to invest in an Assistant Site Manager to be based out of the HQ in Warrington & cover sites located in the North West region.

My client pride themselves, throughout any project involved in, on the provision of customer service and client satisfaction to the highest standard, they have a very strong company ethos and want to build on their existing team by hiring an additional Assistant Site Manager who has the same passion & work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS

SMSTS certification

CSCS card

1st Aid at Work - Preferred

Any additional training or certifications will be advantageous

EXPERIENCE

Essential - Needs at least 2 years experience of Design and Build and Residential projects

Varied ‘New Build’ experience would be an advantage

Experience with Social Housing would also be beneficial

Proven experience assisting in the delivery of sites on time & within budget

You need to be methodical and willing to travel

At least 2 checkable work references will need to be provided if you are successful.
