With an outstanding reputation within the North West and with regional offices in London, Liverpool and the South West, Minstrell Recruitment is now looking to enhance our white collar team based at our head office in Swinton.

Our ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process along with specific experience in the supply of Freelance White-Collar resources.

All our Management Team have ‘hands on’ roles within the business and are there to provide support and inspiration to our experienced teams.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be able to hit the ground running
• Be experienced in freelance construction recruitment
• Be able to manage their own desk/time
• Have a fantastic portfolio of client relationships – ideally in the general build market
