Senior Quantity Surveyors x 3 (NW)

CLIENT/ROLE

My client prides themselves, throughout any project involved in, on the provision of customer service and client satisfaction to the highest standard, they have a very strong company ethos and, due to rapid growth, want to build on their existing management team by hiring three additional Senior Quantity Surveyors who have the same passion & work ethic.

Looking to invest in QS’s who have a passion and hunger to succeed in their careers, have pride in the work they do, and people who are highly dedicated to any task they put their hand to. You need to be trustworthy, reliable and a committed individual with a keen eye for detail and strong proven experience in the Surveying field.

This client has a full order book with work secured past 2020 and are looking for individuals to join them in their continued success.

KEY REQUIREMENTS…

• Experience with D&B projects - Essential
• Varied ‘New Build’ project experience – Beneficial/Preferred
• Experience with New Build Social Housing – Extremely advantageous and certainly preferred.
• You will have successfully worked dealing with multiple jobs/projects at one time.
• You will ideally be educated to Degree level or HNC/HND equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to prioritise and work flexibly to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and also as part of a busy team.
• Ability to deal tactfully with sensitive or confidential information
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve
• An excellent team player, showing flexibility and a responsive attitude to team/individual tasks.
