Minstrell Recruitment Receives Social Value Award

We are proud to announce that Minstrell Recruitment Ltd has been awarded with a Bronze Social Value Award from the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce for the work we do within the local community.

Here at Minstrell Recruitment, our highest priority is excellence, delivering this not only through our Recruitment and Training services, but simultaneously by making sure our impact is felt just as strongly throughout our local community. Since, we work within an industry that builds the physical world around us, we understand the importance of building up and improving our local community.

Our Contribution:

As a company we regularily visit local jobs fairs and job centres, raising awareness of our Training and Employment prospects and inspiring a cross section of the community into joining a vibrant and diverse industry.

We are also involved with careers development schemes at local schools and colleges where we cater to different year groups by providing regular sessions and activities in an attempt to highlight the developing career opportunities within the construction industry.

Additionally, Minstrell Recruitment has commenced; working in conjunction with local homeless charities and leading contractors and sub contractors throughout Manchester in creating accessible pathways back into employment through a combination of training and on-site experience.
