Minstrell's Macmillan Coffee Morning

Last week our Manchester Head office hosted the annual Macmillan coffee morning. The huge annual fundraising event for Macmillan Cancer Support which raised over £300 saw our colleagues tucking into some delicious homemade cakes and treats.

Part of the morning involved a baking competition which saw a number of entries by several companies. It was eventually, Christina, one of our Manchester based trainee consultants who took the crown with her cake creation ( as seen above ).

Christina’s bake, a multi-coloured unicorn cake was extremely popular with our Manchester colleagues and judges alike. However, despite initially forgetting it at home, Christina was overjoyed that her cake was such a hit, stating that: “I’m so thrilled that everyone enjoyed it and it helped in raising money for such a worthy cause”.
